Refunds & Exchange

We hope you love your DRT Bodywear purchase.
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached. You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please visit account.drtybodywear.com where you will be able to see your order and return options. Should you have any issue please contact us at shop@drtbodywear.com.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
A £3.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at shop@drtbodywear.com if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear that has been opened or worn.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

This ensures the fastest processing.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason.
Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
